Contains documents and policies for teleworking in the State of California.
Promotes the viability of telecommuting as a flexible work option that reduces the number of employee work trips and therefore decreases traffic congestion, energy consumption and air pollution.

The Telework ExchangeSM is a public-private partnership focused on eliminating telework gridlock. The Telework Exchange focuses on demonstrating the tangible value of Federal telework initiatives, serving the emerging education and communications requirements of the Federal teleworker community, and measuring Federal agencies’ progress on telework requirements.

Provides training and educational services through a team of telework experts from the states of Arizona, California, Oregon, Texas and Washington. Established in 1993, the Telework Collaborative’s mission is to accelerate the acceptance and adoption of telework arrangements among public and private organizations.  To accomplish this, the staff of the collaborative provide education and training, implement primary and secondary research, and create and distribute telework tools and resources such as video and workbook kits and employer case studies.
Rural Telework Project – A two-year demonstration/research project funded by a grant from USDA Fund for Rural America. The goal of the project is to strengthen and diversify the economy of rural communities through telework job creation.
